Sexual and Other Workplace Harassment Prevention Training
To combat sexual and other types of harassment in the workplace, employers need to provide harassment prevention training to their employees. In New York and California, it is mandatory. We offer New York specific training as well as general/federal training for employees in all states.
Training Compliance
In order to comply with the specific state and federal regulations, the training must:
- Be interactive
- Explain sexual harassment using examples
- Inform employees about laws regulating harassment, reporting procedures and legal rights available to victims
- Address conduct by supervisors, and additional responsibilities for supervisors
- Be completed annually
With vast experience preventing and defending sexual and other workplace harassment claims, this course catalog provides program options to your organization that meets the standards set by various states. Also included are supervisor and employee programs that meet the federal standards.

Employee Harassment Training Course (Federal/General)
This version can be used by all states (except for New York and California) to help educate your workforce on sexual harassment, thereby helping to minimize workplace harassment issues and claims. The ELA Law offers these versions of the web-based training course, "Sexual and Other Workplace Harassment Prevention:"
- New York State: employee and supervisor (English)
- New York City: employee and supervisor (English)
- New York City: employee (Spanish, suitable for NYS employees)
- Employee Training (Federal): employee and supervisor (English: for all states except NY and CA)
The training, now compatible with mobile devices or tablets, is as low as $10 per person, using the ELA Law Learning Management System (LMS).
